Celebrity chef Nathan Outlaw has recently opened a new seafood restaurant at Burj Al Arab. ‘Nathan Outlaw at Al Mahara’ offers a range of delicious dishes including; lobster risotto, crispy oysters and caviar, citrus cured brill and raw scallops. The world-famous chef is renowned for his simplistic, yet original cooking style and uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients to create his specialities.

When is the best time to visit Dubai?

Dubai experiences high temperatures throughout the year with minimal rainfall. The best time to visit is between October and March when it is cooler. During the summer months temperatures rise considerably, whilst hotel rates are at their lowest and offers are most attractive.
