Plentiful activities, some at local charges, include diving, snorkelling, kayaking, whale and turtle watching, deep sea fishing and boat trips to neighbouring islands.
The drier months from June to October are generally the best months to visit for tropical weather, clear skies and temperatures around 30°C. The hot, humid rainy season runs from December to March.
