Close to Andersons Gate at the edge of Etosha National Park, this tranquil camp lies on a hill with vast views of the Ongava Private Reserve. A polished and elegant main lounge-dining area with a panoramic veranda is complemented by stone-walled chalets with high thatched roofs and contemporary furnishings, the outdoor area having a deck and shower. A telescope provides spectacular views of wildlife; a hide by the waterhole offers remarkable photographic opportunities.
Namibia is generally pleasant year round with less rain than neighbouring countries. December to March can be more humid and rain may be expected. April and May are the greenest months, with some beautiful landscapes. Between June and August, temperatures can be cooler, dropping dramatically at night in the desert.
