Spacious Pool Terrace Cottages built from local stone with dark acajou wood furniture and white Turkish marble flooring feature four-poster beds together with a charcoal fire and underfloor heating for the colder months; outside the garden houses a marble swimming pool and expansive pergola for in-suite dining. The kitchen delivers an ever-changing Turkish and Mediterranean-inspired menu in three dining pavilions, or enjoy casual lunch and snacks at the Beach Club. Gourmet picnics can also be arranged. The spa offers two treatment rooms for indulging therapies; take a dip in the fifty-metre marble swimming pool or swim out to sunbathe on the offshore pontoon. A range of watersports equipment is available and traditional gulet sailing trips can be arranged. Those more interested in sightseeing can visit nearby Ephesus, Didyma, Miletus and Priene.

Turkey is a vast country that incorporates both a Mediterranean and continental climate, the temperatures in the north being cooler than the south. For sightseeing and visits to Istanbul, spring and autumn are recommended to avoid the peak summer temperatures. November to February can be cool with increased rainfall. Southern Turkey has a Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers and mild winters, July and August being the hottest months. Spring and autumn are good times to visit as it is still warm and less crowded.
