The hotel’s latest restaurant, The Carriage House delivers fresh seafood and traditional Louisiana specialities in an exquisite formal dining room. Dressed in period clothing, professional guides transport guests to a time gone-by on tours of the southern plantation whilst the expansive gardens offer plenty of room for self-led exploration.
The temperature in New Orleans is mostly pleasant all year round, with a similar climate to the Caribbean. The humidity levels fluctuate throughout the year, with May to September being typically hot and humid and June to November experiencing occasional heavy rainstorms. We highly recommend visiting between February and May.
