Depart London Heathrow on an overnight flight to Johannesburg.

Day /2-5

Horse riding in South Africa's Waterberg Region

Horse riding in South Africa's Waterberg Region

Transfer by road to Ant's Hill for a four night stay. Deep in the Waterberg Region and surrounded by mountains, this lodge is in an ideal location for scenic horseback rides alongside giraffe, zebra and many species of antelope (including the rarely seen sable). This family run lodge situated in it's own privately owned reserve and offers scenic valley views with a stable of horses to suit all abilities. (FI)

Fly to Botswana's Okavango Delta

Fly to Botswana's Okavango Delta

Return to Johannesburg for the scheduled flight to Maun in neighbouring Botswana. Fly on by light aircraft to Macatoo Camp for a three night stay. Explore the fertile floodplains of the Okavango Delta on one of the experienced safari horses that range from 14-18 hands (the rides here are suitable for experienced riders only). Each ride is a unique experience, getting up close to herds of zebra and giraffe or tracking elephant and buffalo. (FI)

Return to London Heathrow

Return by light aircraft flight to Maun to connect to the scheduled flight to Johannesburg and the overnight flight back to London Heathrow
