From its cliff top setting, just steps away from the sandy beach, the Leela commands panoramic views of the Kovalam coastline. It offers a range of stylish accommodation including elegantly appointed Beach View rooms with private balconies overlooking the Arabian Sea. Club rooms feature a residents-only sea view wing, private check-in and numerous exclusive services including arrival and departure airport transfers by car. Perched up on the cliff top, the Sky Bar mixes tapas with glorious sunsets. Two infinity pools overlook the Arabian Sea and a wellness spa at the hotel’s highest point offers treatments using medicinal plants from the spa greenhouse. Ayurvedic massages and yoga sessions are a speciality.
The best time to visit India is from October to March. The monsoon season occurs from May to September with high rainfall particularly in the south, although hotel offers are at their most attractive during this time.
