Designed by Joëlle Pléot, favourite of Karl Lagerfeld, Almyra is surrounded by eight acres of fragrant, landscaped gardens with uninterrupted views of the harbour and within walking distance of the town. In the signature Kyma Suites, individual roof terraces are furnished with cushions and lanterns while the Premium Sea View Aethon Rooms cater for adults only. Mosaics, one of four restaurants, serves freshly caught seafood and lavish buffets in the evenings, whilst a traditional seafront Ouzeri offers Greek delicacies during the summer. AlmyraSpa provides ILA organic luxury skincare treatments as well as an outdoor and indoor adult-only pool.
Families can enjoy two main pools as well as a small children’s pool and supervised clubs for infants and children. Pre-order baby items prior to arrival through the Baby Go Lightly scheme.
The island’s Mediterranean climate of hot, dry summers is ideal for beach lovers with temperatures peaking in August. Mild winters are perfect for exploration, with increased rainfall expected between December and February.
