Low rise, toes-in-the-sand luxury on the oceanfront of North Carolina’s Outer Banks. Delightful accommodation comprises of the family-friendly North Inn, the tranquil South Inn and centre of attention, Beach House. After a day spent around the three swimming pools, one of them adult-only, out on the nearby Currituck Club golf course or in the ocean paddle boarding, kayaking or surfing it is a pleasure to sit back on the balcony to take in the lovely sunsets. Succulent local cuisine is served in a choice of three restaurants – the Lifesaving Station open year round with an alfresco option; Kimball’s Kitchen for steak and seafood and Sandbar for light bites and takeaway picnics both open during the summer months. Rejuvenating treatments are a speciality at the spa, overlooking Currituck Sound.
North and South Carolina have a relatively tropical climate, the summer months can be hot and humid, whilst winters are relatively mild.
